It is finally the season for pumpkin spice and fall activities! Here are some of the best pumpkin patches to go to this fall, all are relatively nearby and have awesome activities for both adults and kids alike.
Kingsway Pumpkin Farm
As someone who loves to go out with friends during the fall, this is my first pick. It has an incredible pumpkin patch and a lot of fun activities for kids and teens alike. Entry cost is 10$, and kids under 3 have free entry. Kingsway Pumpkin Farm has a lot of fun activities to do other than picking pumpkins, there is a petting zoo, corn maze, cart racing, a kid’s area, and other little things. It is a great place to go with family and friends. It is also a very safe environment for kids as well as for concerned parents.

Nickajack Farms
For someone that really likes corn mazes as well as pumpkin picking this is a great place to go to. They have different dates for a flashlight maze which also includes different evening activities at the farm, as well as different dates for pumpkin picking. Everything works really well and you just have to make sure you’re at the right place at the right time. The flashlight maze tickets cost 15$ per person and the pumpkin day tickets cost 14$ per person. This is also a good farm for yearly activities as well.

The Dussel Farms Pumpkin Festival
Dussel Farm has some great fall activities, corn mazes, pumpkin picking, hay rides, and a lot of history. It’s a great place to go with family and friends. You also get to learn about the history of the farm as well as having a lot of fun. It has free admission but for certain activities it costs money.

Some tips and tricks for having the most fun at fall activities:
When going to pumpkin patches or corn mazes keep in mind that you won’t be the only people there and you should pay attention to how you act, make people feel, and where you are walking. Don’t ruin other people’s fall activities.
Don’t get involved with too much drama, if you spill tea with your friends that’s okay, but don’t cause a ruckus because you’re not there to complain about life, you’re there to have fun with family and friends, pick and carve pumpkins, etc.
Choose pumpkins by size of what you need if you’re going to make pumpkin pie go for the smaller ones so then people who want to carve pumpkins can have the bigger pumpkins to work with.
Dress warm, if it’s a cold day out wear something warm and make sure to wear proper shoes. Also if you plan on taking pictures wear something fall festive so you can match the fall vibe.
